Icing Peanuts
1.
Peanuts are cleaned.
2.
Heat up the wok, put the peanuts down on a medium-to-low fire, and stir-fry on a low fire until it is slightly yellow.
3.
It's almost enough to speculate like this.
4.
Take it out to let cool.
5.
Put sugar in the wok and add a few drops of water. (You can add more sugar, but you can add it yourself. Some people eat sweeter, this is not easy to handle)
6.
Cook on medium-low heat until the sugar melts and bubbling and boiling, pour the peanuts immediately.
7.
Turn off the heat immediately. Stir fry all the time, and it's ok when you feel that you can't stir fry more and more. Frost has formed at this time.
8.
Put it out to dry before eating.
Tips:
After cooling, it should be sealed and preserved. The sugar in the pot will be melted and cleaned as soon as the water is boiled.
