Improved Milk Pueraria Jelly

Preparation materials: a bowl of pure milk, 5 tablespoons of kudzu root powder, a small grain of brown sugar

Pour 3 tablespoons of cold water into the kudzu root powder, then use a spoon to stir in the same direction until it becomes a paste (thicker than kudzu root paste, so the proportion of water is less)

Pour the frozen Pueraria lobata root formed in the pot onto a plate, spread it out evenly, and let it cool down naturally;

Use a knife to cut the whole plate of Pueraria lobata into a grid shape (dip the knife in some water before cutting)

Pour the cut kudzu jelly into a bowl, then add watermelon and mango or other fruits.
Tips:
