Indian Ice Cream

Put the milk on the fire and slowly heat it over a low heat. At about 25 minutes, add white sugar, saffron and cardamom powder.

Keep the temperature at 70-75 degrees Celsius, keep stirring, and then stop heating. When the temperature gradually drops until there is a certain consistency.

Add the sliced pistachio nut butter and edible vanilla extract. Put it into another container for freezing.

The frozen ice cream is ready to be eaten, and sprinkle some pistachios on it.
