Indian Style Grilled Fish

Mix ginger garlic, lemon juice, salt, red pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and coriander powder to make a marinade. Use this marinade to marinate the fish fillets for 20-30 minutes

Heat the oil, add some curry leaves, put the marinated fish in the pot, adjust to medium heat for 14-15 minutes.

When the color becomes golden, turn it over gently, and wait 10-12 minutes until the color of the other side of the grilled fish also becomes golden.

Serve out and garnish with onion rings and lemon slices while it's hot.
Tips:
You can choose mild spices to avoid losing the fragrance of the fish. Remember that lemon is the key to flavored fish grilling~!
