In the evening, I could gather by the river to watch the fireworks. At that time, fireworks were not banned due to air pollution. Now I can probably only eat a bowl of glutinous rice balls. Sesame glutinous rice balls will flow out of sesame filling after one bite. It is sweet and soft, but because it is too sweet, it is easy to get greasy. This year’s glutinous rice balls I replaced with red bean paste, the taste is relatively light, just sweet. Very light pink, very light yellow, very good green, it is very Buddhist.

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. The glutinous rice flour is divided into 5 flours and mixed with other flours separately

3. Add warm water and stir well

4. Knead into dough

5. Take a small piece of dough and cook

6. After taking it out, mix well with the raw dough

7. Take out small pieces, knead into a ball, squeeze, wrap in the bean paste, then knead into a ball

8. Bring the water to a boil and put in the dumplings

9. All become bigger and float on the water, you can take it out into a bowl and pour the soup

10. Sprinkle with sugar osmanthus garnish

Tips:

I don't know what the problem is. Pumpkin powder and cocoa powder are not very colorful. This bamboo charcoal powder is too dark, so I didn't save it for taking pictures. In fact, I think the taste is similar, matcha and red beans go well.
