Italian Dragon Beard Noodles

Prepare raw materials;

Tips:
1. Cut the tenderloin into small cubes (you can also use minced meat directly), stir-fry first, then add the chopped onion and stir-fry together, fry the aroma and slightly soft;
2. Add the peeled tomatoes and cut into small diced tomatoes. When cooking, mash the tomatoes and boil them to make the juice, then add the tomato sauce (you can add some water), and season when it is thick;
3. Add some salt when cooking the noodles to keep the noodles from sticking to the pan. Take out the cooked noodles and put them in a cold boil, which can not only cool down quickly, but also prevent noodles from sticking;
