Italian Fresh Cheese

Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold water to soften.

Pour the whipped cream, milk and caster sugar into a small pot, and add a few drops of vanilla extract.

Heat to a boil over medium heat, then change the heat to a low heat and stir while cooking to dissolve the sugar.

After turning off the heat, put the gelatine slices into the pot and stir until it melts.
5.
Sift the prepared cheese liquid.
6.
Put it into a container or pudding cup.
7.
Keep in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours until set. Top with chocolate syrup and garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
