Italian Style Grilled Fish

We first prepare the ingredients we need.

Cut and clean the fish, then spread salt and pepper evenly on both sides of the fish.

Cut the cleaned tomatoes in half.

Then we put the fish, Hari, small tomatoes, garlic slices, drenching wine and olive oil on the cooking paper. Then wrap the cooking paper and tilt up the corners on both sides. (For easy removal later)

Put the wrapped ingredients into the pot, pour an appropriate amount of water, and close the lid. First cook on medium heat for 2 minutes, then switch to low heat and cook for 5-6 minutes after it is boiled.
