Jade and White Jade Gnocchi

Pour the glutinous rice flour into a bowl, add water, and knead it into a soft but non-sticky dough.

Put the spinach in a blender, add water and stir to make spinach juice.

Add glutinous rice flour to the spinach juice and knead it into a soft dough.

Layers of white dough are layered together.

Cut it open with a knife and put it upright.

Press the lentils into the red bean paste and wrap it up. The dough feels drier. After wrapping, I added some water.
7.
Boil the dumplings under water in a pot and cook until they float.
Tips:
The water content of glutinous rice flour is controlled by itself because of its different water absorption.
