Jam Dumplings

The key to making glutinous rice balls is to make noodles. Many people cook a piece of dough first, then mix it with glutinous rice flour after it is cooked, or boil half of the glutinous rice flour with boiling water. I have experimented, and finally I still like my direct and simple method. It's delicious, the cooked glutinous rice balls are soft and glutinous just right. So, don't bother, just wrap the noodles directly. You can make any stuffing you like. You can pack more than one package at a time, keep in the refrigerator, and cook as you eat, which is very convenient.
