Japanese Style Simple Sushi Rolls

Put an appropriate amount of leftover rice into a bowl (preferably warm).

Take 3 spoons of white vinegar, 2 spoons of white sugar, and appropriate amount of salt to make sushi vinegar, and then mix the sushi rice evenly according to the ratio of sushi vinegar to rice 1:6.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot and spread the eggs into egg cakes.

Cut the ham sausage, omelet, hot pepper, and sushi roots into long strips as shown in the picture.

Take a piece of seaweed and spread it on the bamboo curtain, wear disposable gloves, and spread the prepared sushi rice evenly on the sushi nori.

Spread the sliced sushi roots, ham, peppers and egg crackers on top of the sushi, as shown in the picture.

Then use the bamboo curtain to push the sushi from the inside to the outside to gently roll it up. Be careful, when you roll it, be a bit tighter, so that the sushi that is finally rolled will not easily fall apart.

The rolled sushi is removed from the bamboo curtain and placed flat on a cutting board.

Dip a little water on the blade of the knife, then use the knife to cut the sushi and arrange it on the plate.
Tips:
1. There is sushi vinegar at home, which can be used directly. If not, please follow the method of 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and appropriate amount of salt to prepare sushi vinegar.
2. Put some meat floss to taste better!
3. It is best to use Japanese rice or northeastern rice, or the kind of very plump rice, to make sushi. The taste will be better.
