Black Sesame Seaweed Biscuits
1.
Prepare the materials first. Cut the seaweed slices into pieces with scissors. After the butter is softened, add confectioner's sugar and salt, and beat with a whisk. Add eggs in 2-3 times and beat. Whip each time until the egg and butter are completely integrated before adding the next time. The sent state is as shown in the figure. Sift the flour and baking powder mixture into the butter, and mix well with a spatula. Pour in black sesame seeds and seaweed. Stir with a spatula until fully mixed. If the dough is not sticky, you can also knead it directly by hand
2.
Shape the dough into a square column by hand, and freeze it in the refrigerator until it hardens. The hardened dough is cut into pieces with a thickness of about 0.4cm with a knife. The cut dough is placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving enough space between each cookie. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven at 180℃, and bake for about 16 minutes, until golden brown
Tips:
1. For the seaweed flakes used in the formula, just buy commercially available seaweed. Generally, there are 8 pieces of seaweed in a small packet, which is exactly 2 grams;
2. This is a salty biscuit. A small amount of sugar in the recipe can increase the flavor of the biscuits. If you want to be completely sugar-free, you can omit sugar.
