Wash the flowers with water and place them in an oil-free steamer. After the water is boiled, steam them on high heat for 5 minutes. After the flowers are ripe, take them out and let them cool.

After cooling, put it in an oil-free container, add melted rock sugar and stir, if you like brown sugar or yellow rock sugar, white sugar can be used.

The point is not to fill the sealed bottle too full. Leave 1/6 of the space above. Because of the flower, the fermentation of sugar will produce gas. Store at room temperature for 1 month and refrigerate for 6 months.
