Jelly Mahjong

The pigskin is cooked in water, and the surface oil is scraped off and cut into thin strips.

Add pork skin strips, water, salt, green onion and ginger to the soybean milk machine, and select the rice cereal function.

Pour the white skin jelly into 2/3 of the mahjong mold, put it in the freezer for 3 minutes and take it out, pour the green skin jelly (add a small amount of food coloring to blend), and freeze again for 3 minutes.

The skin jelly is demoulded and colored.

Make the sauce and start it.
Tips:
1. The frozen skin pulp is filtered once and then poured into the mold for shaping, the taste is more delicate.
2. Dipping sauce preparation: 1 red hot pepper, 1 garlic diced, a small amount of light soy sauce, a small amount of white vinegar, and a few drops of sesame oil. It is a delicious sauce.
