Jiang Yazhu and Cordyceps Flower Porridge

The rice is washed in advance and salted in oil for more than half an hour.

Peel the yam and cut into small pieces.

Put the rice, scallops, and yam in turn in the pressure cooker and pour half of the pot of water.

Boil on high heat for about twenty minutes and turn off the heat.

Open the lid and add the Cordyceps flower to a high heat and boil for about half an hour. Turn to low heat.
6.
Continue to boil for about ten minutes and turn off the heat. Add a little salt before eating.
Tips:
(In order to make the porridge more mellow, it is usually divided into two parts. If you are not in a hurry, you can cook the porridge a second time every few hours)
