Braised Winter Melon with Sea Cucumber and Scallops

Ingredients: winter melon, sea cucumber, scallop, dried shrimp, ginger and garlic.

Peel the winter melon and cut into pieces, cut the foamed sea cucumber into small chisels, wash and drain the scallops and dried shrimps, and chop the ginger and garlic.

Pour in a proper amount of olive oil and then pour the ginger and garlic in a hot pot. Then pour the sea cucumber, scallops and shrimps and stir well.

Pour in a little light soy sauce and white sugar and mix well.

Then pour the cut winter melon into the pot.

After stirring evenly, pour in an appropriate amount of hot water, cover the lid and turn to medium-low heat and simmer.

Simmer until the winter melon is soft and rotten, add a little sesame oil and pepper, hook a thin gorgon, and then turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. Peeled and thin slices of wax gourd are easy to simmer. 2. The scallops and dried shrimps need to be soaked in advance. 3. Thicken is for better taste.
