Pan-fried Carrot Cake

Dice sausage and scallops, soak dried shrimps and scallops in advance, and diced

Peel the white radish and rub it into filaments with a fine grater

Saute the bacon, sausage, dried shrimp, and scallops with oil. After letting cool, mix well with the rice noodles with shredded radish (with the water produced when rubbing shredded radish), put it in a container, not too deep, and put a layer of tin foil in the container to prevent sticking. Don't be too thick (too thick, the taste will be hard). Steam on the steamer for 50 minutes
