Jujube Bun

1. Prepare flour and yeast in a large basin, melt the milk and caster sugar.

2. Stir the flour and yeast

3. Slowly pour the milk into the flour, stirring while pouring

4. Stir it into cotton wool without too much dry flour.

5. Take off the chopsticks and knead the dough into a smooth dough with your hands.

6. Cover the lid and ferment to double its size in a warm place.

7. Take out the dough, add a little dry flour and knead to exhaust.

8. Prepare red dates and soak them in warm water for a while

9. Take a portion of dough and knead a long strip

10. Roll up the red dates with chopsticks

11. Or wrap red dates in long strips

12. Put the pattern in the steamer

13. Put the steamer into the steamer with a lid and let it rise at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then turn on high heat and bring it to a boil, then continue to steam for 12 minutes.

14. Don't rush to open the steamed buns for 3 minutes
