Jujube Longan Syrup

Prepare the materials

Wash the ingredients (without sugar) and remove the pits of the red dates.
3.
Put all the ingredients in the stewing pot and add a bowl of water.

Stew in water for 1 hour

After the stew, pick out the astragalus, Ophiopogon japonicus, eucommia ulmoides, and angelica, leaving only the red dates and longan meat.
