Jujube Mantou

Yeast is melted with warm water, and salt, sugar, edible oil are added to the flour in turn, and then yeast water is poured in to form a smooth dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place to double its size.

Take out the dough to fully exhaust.

Divide into ten parts.
