Most of the fillings of the mochi on the market are bean paste fillings. In fact, the fillings of this kind of snacks can be made according to your own preferences. Self-made snacks are much cleaner than the stalls. Today, jujube paste is used as a filling to make a glutinous rice sesame ball.

Jujube Mud Bun

1. Add yeast powder to glutinous rice flour, stir with warm water

2. And then mix into a smooth dough

3. Ferment in a warm place for 2 hours

4. Put the jujube paste stuffing into balls

5. Take a piece of fermented glutinous rice dough, press flat, and put in jujube paste balls

6. Wrap it up tightly, group the ball

7. Evenly roll and dip a layer of sesame seeds

8. Finish them one by one, and it will become a hemp dough green

9. Heat oil in a pot, about 40% heat, put in the green body

10. Slowly fry on medium heat, about 5 minutes, and the hemp balls will float.

11. After removing it, filter the oil with oil filter paper and put it on the plate before serving

Tips:

1. Sesame seeds are peeled sesame seeds, and the sesame seeds fried with sesame seeds look good.
2. The fermentation time also depends on the temperature, and the dough can be used when it expands.
