Jujube Paste Buns

Add the raw materials except the whole egg liquid, jujube puree, and black sesame seeds into the bread bucket in turn,

Start the bread machine and knead the dough for 25 minutes, knead it into a smooth dough,

Prove for 40 minutes, and the dough will double its size.

Ferment the dough and divide it into 6 portions after exhausting.

Ferment for 40 minutes,

Tips:
If you don't want the bread to be too dark, you can cover it with tin foil and bake it.
