Jujube Rice Cake

Wash the jujube and set aside! Appropriate amount of sugar and appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour for later use!

Open the middle of the washed jujube to remove the jujube core! Be careful not to cut all the dates!
3.
Mix glutinous rice flour and white sugar with an appropriate amount of water to make a dough!
4.
Stuff the kneaded glutinous rice flour ball into the belly of the pitted jujube!
5.
Add water to the pot to preheat! After the water is hot, put the jujube stuffed with glutinous rice flour into the steamer and steam for ten minutes!
Tips:
Add or not add sugar, say it by yourself hahaha!
