1. The pumpkin is peeled, cut into small pieces, steamed until rotten, and then mashed
2. Add 30g powdered sugar, add 100g milk, stir, add flour, and mix well
3. Put it in a mold or rice cooker, and ferment for 20 minutes. Fermentation must be in place
4. Add dates and raisins according to your preference. Steam for about 40 minutes
