Jujube Rice Cake

Prepare the right amount of glutinous rice flour. You can buy glutinous rice flour from the supermarket or use a cooking machine to make glutinous rice flour. I made it by myself. It feels not as delicate as the one I bought, but it does not affect the taste.

While adding water to the glutinous rice flour, stir gently with chopsticks.

Stir to this level of moistness to form a paste.

Find a fresh-keeping box or other suitable container, and apply a layer of oil or oil paper on the inner wall to facilitate final demoulding.

First spread a layer of glutinous rice batter on the bottom of the container.

Spread a layer of homemade jujube puree.
7.
Finally, cover with a layer of glutinous rice batter.

Put it in a steamer and steam for half an hour to forty minutes.
9.
After steaming, take it out and put it in a cool place to let cool slightly.
10.
Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
