Jujube Sesame Walnut Dew

Wash walnut kernels and red dates with clean water and drain the water

Add water to the pot, boil the water, add walnuts and red dates, and cook for 15 minutes

Put the white sesame seeds into the wok and spread the bottom of the pan

Heat on low heat until the sesame seeds turn yellow and give off a fragrance

Remove the jujube skins and pits of the cooked red dates, and tear them into small pieces
6.
Put the walnuts, red dates and fried white sesame seeds into the food processor
7.
Add in water and beat into a uniform paste
8.
Pour the mixture back into the pot, add rock sugar, heat on low heat until the rock sugar melts
