Jujube Wowotou

1. Soak the red dates, remove the core, and cut into small cubes.

2. Mix the cornmeal and medium flour evenly.

3. Add in caster sugar and mix well.

5. Stir the baking soda with a little warm water, pour it into a basin and knead it with flour.

6. Add the diced red dates and knead well, cover and wake for 30 minutes. (I used 220 grams of diced red dates.)

7. Take an appropriate amount of the awake dough and use your thumb to shape it into a nest shape.

8. Prepare them one by one, put in the steaming grid, turn to medium heat and steam for about 25 minutes after the high heat is boiled.
