Just Four Simple Steps---portuguese Egg Tart

Pour pure milk + whipped cream + granulated sugar into the milk pot, stir while boiling over low heat until the sugar dissolves.

After the milk has cooled, pour in the whole egg liquid and sifted low-gluten flour and mix well.

Filter the egg tart liquid twice and let stand for 15 minutes.

Place the egg tart crust on the baking tray, pour in the tart water one by one, about 7 to 8 minutes full. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 20 minutes in the middle and lower layers.
