Kaiyang Squid and Cabbage Soup

Ingredients: Chinese cabbage (washed), squid (washed and blanched), Kaiyang

Soak Kaiyang in boiling water and set aside.

Put the cleaned cabbage on the chopping board and cut into shreds, set aside.

Put the washed and blanched squid on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut cabbage and stir fry.

Then, combine the soaked Kaiyang, add some water to boil.

Then, put in the cut squid, turn it over and cook it slightly.
