Don’t you think it’s amazing that king crabs and water eggs can be good partners? Haha, except for a large king crab to make a big meal, don't waste the remaining shells and fragments of crab meat. A king crab steamed egg makes the steamed egg extra tasteful! "

King Crab Steamed Egg

1. Clean and disassemble the king crab, hollow out the shell, cut a small amount of crab meat, and prepare the crab claws and other parts as other dishes;

2. Pick the red leaf lettuce, wash and set aside;

3. Disperse the three eggs in a bowl and let them stand for a while to remove air bubbles;

4. Mix the beaten egg liquid with the cut crab meat and pour it into the empty king crab shell;

5. Steam in a pot on boiling water, steam on medium heat for 5-7 minutes;

6. Sprinkle chopped green onion on the pot, top with light soy sauce and sesame oil;

7. Add red leaf lettuce on the plate.

Tips:

When beating the eggs, if you want to be softer, add a small amount of water to break the eggs.
