King Crab Steamed Egg

Clean and disassemble the king crab, hollow out the shell, cut a small amount of crab meat, and prepare the crab claws and other parts as other dishes;

Pick the red leaf lettuce, wash and set aside;

Disperse the three eggs in a bowl and let them stand for a while to remove air bubbles;

Mix the beaten egg liquid with the cut crab meat and pour it into the empty king crab shell;

Steam in a pot on boiling water, steam on medium heat for 5-7 minutes;

Tips:
When beating the eggs, if you want to be softer, add a small amount of water to break the eggs.
