King Pie

Cut the pie crust dough into 2 equal parts, take 1 part and use;

Cut the used pie crust dough into 2 equal parts, place them on a panel sprinkled with dry powder, and use a rolling pin to roll into a square crust of about 20 cm;

Put them on plastic wrap, separate them, put them in a flat plate, and put them in the refrigerator for refrigeration;

Then make almond butter (the following log will introduce how to do it in detail); take out a piece of pie crust for the bottom from the refrigerator, place it on the baking grease paper, and use an 11 cm round mold to press the center of the pie crust. ;

Brush some water on the outer edge of the 11 cm diameter circle stamp;

Squeeze the almond butter into a spiral from the inside to the outside;

Fold the other pie crust in half and place it at a 45-degree angle to the bottom pie crust. While unfolding the pie crust, squeeze out the air between the pie crust and the filling, and finally cover the whole almond cream;

Press the almond cream tightly with your fingers along the edge of the almond cream, so that the upper and lower pie crusts are tightly combined, and then put in the refrigerator to refrigerate for about 15 minutes (remember: refrigerate for no more than 30 minutes, otherwise it will not expand easily when baking.)

Take out the refrigerated almond butter derived embryo, and press a semicircle like a petal with a 4.5 cm diameter circular die ring;

Carefully tear open the cut pie crust;

Spread a thin layer of egg liquid on the surface of the pie crust;

The tip of the knife cuts through multiple places along the lines as pores for steam to escape;

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, put the baking tray in the oven, and fire up and down, middle level, bake for 20 minutes and then take it out;
