This mixed bracken is a home-style mixed dish that appears frequently in Korean TV dramas. When I buy a stone pot online, I give a bag of Korean bracken, which is an indispensable ingredient for stone pot bibimbap. The bracken is also the main family dish in Korean cuisine.

Korean Braised Bracken

1. Soak the dried bracken in warm water for 2-3 hours until soft.

2. Then put it in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.

3. Cut green onion into sections and mince garlic.

4. Drain the boiled bracken and cut into sections into a bowl.

5. Add salt.

6. Add Korean hot sauce.

7. Add Korean syrup and mix well.

Tips:

The bracken should be soaked in advance to make it swell, and then cooked. You can cook it for a while, or taste it, just if it can bite and have a crispy feel.



If Korean syrup is not available, use honey or sugar instead.



The mixed fern can be left for a while to make it more delicious, and keep it in the refrigerator if you can't finish it.
