Korean Braised Bracken

Soak the dried bracken in warm water for 2-3 hours until soft.

Then put it in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.

Cut green onion into sections and mince garlic.

Drain the boiled bracken and cut into sections into a bowl.

Add salt.

Add Korean hot sauce.

Add Korean syrup and mix well.

Add salad oil to the pot to heat, add chili powder and fry until fragrant.

Then pour the fried chili oil in a bowl.

After adding sesame oil, cooked sesame seeds.

Stir all evenly and eat.
Tips:
The bracken should be soaked in advance to make it swell, and then cooked. You can cook it for a while, or taste it, just if it can bite and have a crispy feel.
If Korean syrup is not available, use honey or sugar instead.
The mixed fern can be left for a while to make it more delicious, and keep it in the refrigerator if you can't finish it.
