Korean Cold Noodles

Shred the onion, cucumber and red pepper and set aside.

Put the noodles in the pot and cook for 3 minutes.

Wash the cooked noodles with cold water and sift out the water.
4.
Put seasonings in a bowl and stir well.
5.
Mix the cooked noodles with the seasoning sauce.
6.
Put the cut vegetables on the plate, put it on top, and sprinkle with almond slices to finish.
