Korean Cold Salad

Prepare lettuce, Korean jelly, spicy cabbage, garlic, Korean chili paste (I personally like to use bibimbap sauce), vinegar, and sesame oil.

It is best to use two spoonfuls of hot sauce in a small container, mix well in advance with vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic, and then pour it into the ingredients and cool it.
