Korean Cuisine-black Fish Soup

Prepare Korean miso, sesame paste, chopped pepper paste, and spicy shrimp paste.

Put the four ingredients in a bowl.

Add pure water to open the sauce and mix well.

Cut the cabbage and tofu into pieces, and cut the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili.

Wash the black fish, and cut it from the belly of the fish to the spine every one centimeter longitudinally, but do not cut it off.

Spread fish with cooking wine and pepper, marinate for half an hour.

Put corn husks on the bottom of the pot (to prevent it from sticking), add water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Pour in the sauce and bring to a boil.
9.
Add black fish, top with tofu, cabbage, green onion, ginger and garlic.
