Korean Fried Chicken Hammer

Prepare materials.

Cut the onion into sections and set aside.

Marinate chicken wings with salt, cooking wine and pepper for half an hour. Put it in a microwave oven on high heat for four minutes, in order to make the inside mature and easy to fry.

Coat evenly with dry starch.

Add oil to the pot and heat over medium heat to fry the chicken wings until mature, about nine minutes.

Fry the mature golden yellow one by one.

Add onions in a hot pan with cold oil and fry until transparent and charred.

Add in Korean hot sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and water, and boil evenly.

Add the roots of the chicken wings and stir fry evenly, and the juice is out of the pan.
