Korean Fried Chicken with Jam

Ingredients: chicken thighs 2 ingredients: no seasoning: fried chicken marinade with jam, fried chicken powder

Cut chicken drumsticks into half the size of mahjong pieces

Put the chicken nuggets in a container and pour the jam fried chicken marinade

Tips:
1. Don't cut the chicken pieces too big or too small, cut too big and not easy to mature during frying; cut too small the chicken will not be juicy and tender;
2. The marinating time can be longer, but not more than 48 hours;
3. The oil temperature should be well controlled during frying, first use high-temperature frying to make the shape, and then re-fry on a small fire to make it mature inside and outside.
