Korean Miso Soup

Wash the mushrooms and put them in a basin for later use

Wash chrysanthemum chrysanthemum and cut into three pieces and put in a basin for later use

Peel and slice potatoes for later use

Wash the shrimps and put them in a basin for later use

Put rice water in the pot

Add soybean paste and spicy sauce to the rice water (add it according to personal taste, if you like spicy, spicy sauce can be a little bit more than soybean paste)

After adding, simmer on low heat, let the sauce fully melt, pay attention to stirring slowly

After the sauce is melted and the water is boiled, add mushrooms, tofu, potatoes, and chrysanthemum in turn

Finally, add shrimp, you can add a little salt according to personal taste, turn off the heat

Tips:
Vegetables can be added at will according to personal taste. I added a few of my favorites. If you like spicy food, you can sprinkle some chili powder on the pan.
