Korean Noodles

Shred cucumber, sour radish and ham and set aside

Add 3 grams of oil to the pan, cook until 70% hot, pound in 1 egg and fry until half-cooked, turn off the heat and cover the lid for a while, wait for the egg whites to solidify

Put 1 spoon of garlic, 2 spoons of Korean hot sauce, 1 spoon of Sprite, 1 spoon of white sesame, 1 spoon of light soy sauce and 1 spoon of vinegar in the bowl

Add water to the pot and boil, add the noodles and cook until they are broken. Put the cooked noodles in cold water and cool them out and remove them for later use.

Mix the sauce and the noodles and stir well, sprinkle some chopped seaweed, arrange the vegetable strips and start eating
Tips:
1. For noodles, choose a stronger noodle to taste better
2. You can also add some of your favorite vegetables, such as zucchini, kimchi
3. Add some glutinous rice sauce, it will be more fragrant, if you don’t have it, you can leave it alone
4. It is not easy to choose thick noodles, fine noodles are the best. Be careful not to soften them when cooking.
5. After the noodles are cooked, let the noodles taste strong and not sticky.
