Korean Seafood Udon Noodles

Prepare all ingredients

Peel and cut tomatoes, peel and slice carrots

Tips:
1. Korean kimchi seasoning can be purchased in supermarkets. I think this seasoning is already flavorful enough. There is no salt or soy sauce. If the taste is heavy, you can add Korean miso or salt to taste;
2. Korean seafood udon noodles can be transformed into Korean seafood soup, then just do step 7. Of course, you can choose your favorite seafood combination such as oysters, clams and so on.
