Pork floss bread, Pork floss cake rolls, seaweed Pork floss biscuits, etc. are all classic delicacies. Pork floss can also be used to mix porridge or make sushi. Pork floss is a very common ingredient. However, in order to keep the meat floss for a long time and have a crispy taste, many preservatives and cooking oil are often added to the meat floss sold outside, and it eats a lot of calories and harmful substances without knowing it. Therefore, I often make it by myself. The meat floss made by myself is healthy and safe. This time I used Korean-style meat floss with Korean barbecue sauce.

Korean Style Pork Floss

1. Prepare ingredients: cut lean meat into small pieces and ginger into small pieces.

2. Add water, green onions, ginger, Huadiao wine and meat cubes in a clay pot, boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

3. The pork must be boiled softly.

4. Take out the cooked meat and place it in a bowl, tear it into thin strips of pork.

5. After letting cool, tear it up and put it in a fresh-keeping bag. Use a rolling pin to crush the meat.

6. Put the minced meat into the bucket of the bread machine, pour in the Daxida barbecue sauce and mix well.

7. Let the barbecue sauce marinate the minced meat for a while.

8. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, press the "Meat Floss" function in program 10 of the bread machine, and close the lid of the bread machine.

9. After the bread machine completes the work process, there will be fragrant meat floss.

Tips:

1. The water used to cook the lean meat can be used for drinking, and it can also be used as a soup base.
2. I personally don't like greasy ones, so I didn't put oil in, so I can put in an appropriate amount of oil according to personal preference.
3. After the pork floss is allowed to cool, put it in an airtight crisper. It can be used to mix porridge, or to make pork floss bread or floss cake.
4. The meat floss made by ourselves has no additives and has a short shelf life.
