After the water boils, squeeze the shrimp paste into the spoon, put it in the water, and cook the shrimp balls.
5.
Pour out the water from the boiled shrimp balls, add the thick soup and stir well.
6.
Spread the lettuce on the bottom of the bowl.
7.
Place the cutting knife on the top of the shiitake mushrooms, then add the sliced tomatoes, and krill balls, and finally pour the soup base.
8.
Drizzle in chili oil.
9.
Finally, put the krill on the top, put the two-ear bowl on the electric ceramic stove, and eat while heating.
Tips:
1. The pureed shrimp must be stirred more vigorously to have a good taste.
2. The water of the boiled shrimp balls is very fresh, and the thick soup treasure itself contains salt, which tastes great when used to make the soup base.
3. I use a small binaural bowl for taking pictures. It is recommended to use a large pot at home.
4. The krill I bought are muddy and undisturbed, so it is convenient to use whichever shape you want.
