Laba Congee

Take out all the ingredients for Laba Congee.

Wash the ingredients well.

Take a cup of rice, wash it, and put it in the pressure cooker along with the washed ingredients. Add clean water. You can add a little more water. Beans are more absorbent.

Add a spoonful of rock sugar to increase the sweetness. If you don't like sweetness, you can also add a little salt.

I prepared the ingredients the first night. I used the pressure cooker reservation function. The ingredients can be fully soaked. If they are freshly cooked, the above ingredients need to be soaked for a few hours in advance for easy cooking. One pot of laba porridge is ready.
