Double Bean Stewed Chicken Feet

All ingredients, chicken feet are cleaned, red kidney beans and chickpeas are soaked in advance, I soak for a long time

Take a pot for a while, boil a pot of water, put the chicken feet in it, blanch it, and pick it up

Take another pot of water and add ginger slices

Put the blanched chicken feet in the pot, add wine, salt, pepper, and bay leaves

Boil the turkey feet for about 10 minutes, put the soaked red kidney beans and chickpeas inside and continue cooking

Wait until the chicken feet are cooked until soft and cooked. If the taste is not enough, add some salt

Pour out chicken feet, beans and other ingredients, twist the coriander by hand and put it inside, and then you can eat it (twisting coriander by hand is purely personal preference, but I just think it smells like this)
