Laba Congee

Red beans, rice, lotus seeds, red dates, fern, peanuts, lily, wolfberry

Purple glutinous rice, oats, glutinous millet, glutinous rice, barley, brown sugar (I used rose brown sugar, rock sugar can also be used)

Rinse all the ingredients except lily and wolfberry, put them in an electric pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water.

Make an appointment for cooking porridge and soft waxy keys.

Tips:
I made an appointment before going to bed the night before, and the next morning I can drink the steaming, sweet and glutinous laba porridge. If it is not an appointment, lotus seeds, peanuts, red beans, purple glutinous rice, and barley must be soaked two hours in advance. The ingredients can be added as you like.
