Cover and simmer on medium heat until the pressure cooker is just up and turn off the heat.
5.
Add rock sugar to the pressure cooker this morning
6.
Add the washed raisins, red dates, and dried longan shells.
7.
Cover again and cook until the pressure cooker gets gas and then turn off the heat. Add the wolfberry after decompression.
Tips:
Using a pressure cooker to cook the porridge can be cooked in stages, using the pressure in the pot to boil the rice, and then heating and pressurizing again after cooling, which can effectively avoid excessive overflow of the porridge.
