Lamb and Carrot Hot Pot

Wash the lamb and cut into small lumps, clean the ingredients and set aside

Add water to the pot and boil, then pour the lamb to a boil

Wash the lamb several times with hot water

Add water to a large pot, boil lamb and spices, add a small amount of licorice, drop a few drops of cooking wine, turn to a low heat and simmer after a high heat, when it meets your standards, lift it off, or press it for 15 or 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. Use hot water to clean and defoam.
2. If you don't like the spice flavor, you can omit it and add only licorice and cooking wine.
3. Add the radish after dividing the pot.
