Lamb and Winter Melon Soup
1.
Winter melon is peeled. The skin of winter melon is relatively thick. It is a bit difficult to peel with a scraper. I like to cut it directly with a knife. It doesn’t waste much flesh.
2.
After peeling, go to the winter melon flesh~ you can just dig it out. I don’t like the piece of melon flesh that is close to the flesh, the soft sac, I just cut it with a knife
3.
Cut the coriander into the end, in fact, if you don’t like coriander, you can leave it alone, but the color is not bright ~ it doesn’t matter much
4.
Put an appropriate amount of water in a milk pot or a small soup pot to boil, put the lamb slices into the pot, and boil it~ If there is foam, change the water and cook again~
5.
If there is no foam, just pour the winter melon slices into the pot and cook~ If there is foam, change the water, put the meat and winter melon in the pot and cook together~
6.
When the winter melon is ripe, put salt in the pot. This soup does not need other condiments to be very delicious~
7.
When the winter melon is boiled until it is almost transparent, it can be served, and sprinkle the chopped coriander on the soup~ It's done
