Lamb Chops with Capers

Cut the lamb chops into small pieces and marinate for 20 minutes with ginger slices, green onions, and cooking wine to remove the peculiar smell.

Put bay leaves, star anise, and cinnamon in a pot with water to bring to a boil.

After the water is boiled, put the lamb chops into the blanched water to 8 mature, then remove them for use.

Cut the capers into small pieces.

Add oil in a separate pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper to fragrant after the oil is hot.
