Lamb Hot Pot

After washing the lamb, saturate it with water.

Cut the ginger and garlic and set aside.

Various spices are prepared in advance.

Cut tofu into pieces.

Wash and cut carrots.

Prepared dried bamboo shoots.

Cut the green garlic and set aside.

The mutton that has passed the water is taken out and rinsed with water.

Add garlic and ginger, stir fry, add spices and three or five hot pot ingredients, stir fry.

Pour the lamb.
